Primary Objective of the Role:

A Housekeeping Attendant at Nirvana Spa is responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness throughout the changing rooms, shower areas, and restrooms, while also guaranteeing that washroom supplies and amenities are consistently replenished. Housekeepers will assist in managing and restocking all laundry needs across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeping Team Member, your main duties will include:

  • Adhering to company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Restocking supplies and amenities as needed.
  • Assisting with the cleaning, washing, drying, folding, and transporting of robes and towels.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the Spa, including hallways and pool areas.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Complying with company health and safety regulations.
  • Participating in training sessions as required.
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
