About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Nirvana Spa & Leisure Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and Members cards
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is maintained to a high standard, both during and after service
  • Upsell food, drinks, and snack offerings to increase revenue
  • Follow licensing regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism
