Internal Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our UK sales team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering and developing c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets expanding across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution and MRO space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and develop c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets.
  • Strengthen our UK sales team by providing seamless sales and account management support across UK business functions.
  • Build and develop customer relationships to increase sales and average order values.
  • Take and process orders while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
  • Set up and onboard new customers to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize high-level IT literacy, particularly in presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
  • Develop and maintain a professional outlook to build and develop customer relationships.
  • Work in a highly organized and tenacious manner to approach tasks.
  • Be punctual and enthusiastic with a can-do work ethic.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting a field sales-based function and attentive customer service skills.
  • Ability to take and process orders while building solid customer relationships.
  • Nose for increasing and sniffing out incremental sales to increase average order values.
  • Setting up and onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear and concise communication skills written and verbally.
  • Professional outlook able to quickly build and develop customer relationships.
  • Highly organized with solid work ethic approaching tasks tenaciously.
  • Punctual and enthusiastic can-do work ethic.
  • Smart in appearance, able to create excellent first impressions.
