Main DutiesThe post holder will complete the employing Trust's Preceptorship package, which includes the opportunity to provide care across their chosen pathway. During the preceptorship period, they will have the chance to identify their strengths and areas for development, enabling them to become a confident and competent nurse.

Person Specification- Current level one NMC registration
- Demonstrates knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures related to patient care
- Demonstrates an ability to prioritise own workload and respond to urgent and emergency situations
- Able to present and receive complex information within a multi-professional team
- Ability to convey sensitive information in an empathetic manner to patients, relatives, carers, and staff
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Produce timely, accurate written/electronic records and documents
- Dexterity and accuracy in undertaking clinical skills, use of equipment, and documentation/keyboard/computer skills
