Client Care Administrator (Veterinary Receptionist)

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time

Shift Pattern: 8:00 - 18:00, Saturdays only

About Us: Calder Vets is a long-established primary small animal practice with our central Hospital in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We also have 7 satellite clinics across South and West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
  • Weighing pets.
  • Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
  • Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
  • Promoting offers and services.
  • Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
  • Covering sites for annual leave and sickness.
Requirements:
  • Previous veterinary experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A driving licence is required to be a successful applicant as you will be expected to cover at other sites.
