Roving Veterinary Receptionist

**Job Title**:Receptionist - Roving

**Salary**:£11.56 per hour

**Location**:Calder Vets - Dewsbury (Required to support across our branches as required)

**Job Type**:Permanent, Full-time

**Hours**:40 hours per week, Week 1: 7.30-16.30 Week 2: 11:00-20:00 and 1 in 4 Weekends.

**Your role and responsibilities**

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Welcoming and registering clients
- Manage and deal with appointment bookings in a professional and efficient manner
- Answer and make calls with a high level of customer service
- Support the business with a range of administrative duties
- Be happy to discuss financial issues with clients if needs be
- Taking payments
- Processing prescription requests
- Promoting offers and services
- Covering other Clinics as and when required.

**Experience Required**
- A minimum of 12 months experience dealing with customers in a customer-facing role.
- Previous veterinary experience is desirable but not essential.
- A driving licence is required to be a successful applicant.
- An understanding of computer packages for example Teams and Outlook
