We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a leading provider of independent healthcare, we offer a dynamic environment where you can provide high-quality care across various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a clinical caseload, delivering physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care.
- Provide physiotherapy services for both inpatients and outpatients, including pre-operative assessments, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Offer clinical direction and guidance to other physiotherapy staff within the team.
- Maintain a flexible approach to shift patterns, covering various locations as required.
Requirements:
- Chartered Physiotherapist with significant postgraduate experience in general Physiotherapy, particularly in a specialist area.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools.
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
