The Role

We are seeking a flexible Bank/Casual Support Worker to join our team in a supported living service in the Charing Cross area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mild learning disabilities and autism to live independently and pursue their interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities, such as cycling, gardening, walking, art, and dancing
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
