Adult Complex Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Adult Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a 19-year-old male with a neurological disorder, global development delay, and scoliosis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care of tracheostomy with regular inner tube changes
  • Personal care and assistance with mobilising
