We are currently seeking a skilled Courier Operations Supervisor to join a well-established E-Commerce Distribution company. This role is pivotal in overseeing third-party carrier relationships and ensuring optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of third-party carrier contracts and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
  • Generating and analyzing reports on carrier performance and compliance metrics.
  • Facilitating timely claims submissions and exploring new service opportunities across the UK and Europe.
  • Overseeing contract management for both existing and new carriers.

Performance Analysis:
