We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to lead our service department in the Leatherhead area of Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service department operations, reviewing customer satisfaction surveys, and driving the performance of our service staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to customers

* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of success
