At GXO Logistics, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional results through innovative solutions. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you'll play a key role in driving our success by leveraging the Salesforce platform to its full potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement well-architected solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce, using industry-standard tools and approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate solution design trade-offs, and build CRM platform development plans.
  • Provide technical expertise in Apex coding, Visualforce development, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies.
  • Design user interfaces, tool screens, and end-user workflows to ensure maximum understandability and ease of use.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience across multiple Salesforce products, with a depth of expertise in specific clouds.
  • Strong technology leadership and presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience with Python or Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
