Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our People Change & Transformation Change Portfolio, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of PMO services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver proportionate governance processes that balance control and efficiency.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of our benefits realisation framework to create value and drive return on investment.
  • Support senior stakeholders in delivering effective portfolio governance through hands-on delivery, supervision, and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of setting up and improving PMOs.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills to confidently present information or collate information without review.
  • Experience of working with Resource, Supply, and Demand for scrum teams or Change & IT Roles.
  • Strong collaboration and execution skills to deliver process improvements.
