Reactive Works Coordinator

At John Sisk and Son, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reactive Works Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Action requests from team members and managers, providing administrative support as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including tasks such as binding, scanning, and document management.
- Support other Property Work Coordinators with administrative tasks during high-volume periods.
- Assist in stakeholder relationship management, maintaining effective communication with various departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and files, utilizing electronic filing systems and tracking Supervisor reports and Daily Record Sheets.
- Coordinate and administrate information through our End-to-End Management system, GeoPal.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office packages and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
