Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant at NCH Europe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. Your primary responsibility will be to collect cash from customers, manage credit holds, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Collect cash from customers and manage credit holds on orders available for shipment.
- Liaise with cash apps to confirm customer payments and correct allocations.
- Maintain the accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate records.
- Manage credit limits and work within internal credit control procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure maximum customer experience.
- Work with internal and external customers to resolve accounts receivable problems.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team in achieving their objectives and contribute to the company's overall strategy.
- Financial experience desirable, with previous knowledge of AR/credit control beneficial but not essential.
- Proven financial analysis skills and strong systems skills in Excel and CRM.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in French and Dutch/Flemish essential.
