Sexy Fish, located in the heart of Mayfair, is an avant-garde dining destination celebrated for its opulent decor, innovative cuisine, and electric atmosphere. As a pioneer in the culinary scene, Sexy Fish offers a unique blend of art, fashion, and culinary excellence. Our food takes its inspiration from Asian cuisine, with a focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tempura, and robata. The bar is known for offering the world's largest Japanese Whisky Collection and prides itself on unique service standards and cocktail knowledge. With creativity and flair at the front of every cocktail & drink created, the team won the Best International Restaurant Bar at TOTC 2022.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or host or Maitre D' in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Experience with either Open Table or Seven Rooms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor.
