Your Responsibilities Will Include...

  • Leading a diverse team of Agents, Engineers, Works Managers, General Foremen, Technicians, and Operatives.

  • Conducting weekly site reports and programming.
  • Cultivating a culture of excellence where all team members strive to meet client and stakeholder needs.
  • Encouraging innovation and value engineering initiatives.

We Would Like to Hear From You If You Possess...

Extensive experience in civil engineering project management on significant projects, including highways, utilities, earthworks, and structures. A comprehensive understanding of the Principal Contractor role, CDM regulations, Temporary Works, Confined Spaces, and Lifting Operations is essential, along with familiarity with various NEC3/4 contract conditions or similar.

Proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements, coupled with excellent communication skills and strong command of MS Office applications. A valid UK driving licence is required, alongside a Civil Engineering qualification and SMSTS/CSCS or equivalent certifications, such as NEBOSH.

Over a decade of experience in civil engineering across multiple disciplines, showcasing leadership, programming capabilities, motivation, and enthusiasm. Building robust relationships, effectively managing teams, and meeting client expectations are vital, along with a commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) and cost management.

Ideally, you will have experience in the defense sector and possess SC security clearance, with British citizenship being a requirement for our clients.
