Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and lead commercial teams to deliver high-quality results and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, pricing, and risk management.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex commercial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
