Associate Director - Commercial / Fit Out

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Associate Director to join our Project Management Corporate Occupier team in Central London.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead workstreams on transformation programmes and grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
  • Ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
  • Establish success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • Lead on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissions.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes and systems.
  • Lead on project planning, including producing detailed project plans.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques.
  • Lead and advise on project finances.
  • Lead and advise on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution and disputes.
  • Manage project information flow between teams and clients.
  • Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
Requirements
  • Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
  • Experience at a Senior Management position.
  • Experience of delivering CAT A / CAT B office projects.
