Position: Support Coordinator

Location: Islington

Contract Type: 3-month contract, with potential for extension

Hourly Compensation: £26.96

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply best practices when engaging with adults, utilizing a strengths-based methodology
  • Work collaboratively with residents, caregivers, and community organizations to foster independence
  • Facilitate quality interactions, provide guidance, and implement early intervention strategies for residents

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in health and social care (QCF) or a commitment to obtain it
  • Experience in Social Care, Health, or the Voluntary Community Sector
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation pertaining to adult client services

Essential Requirements:

  • Immediate availability
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check required
