About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Develop and implement personalized activity plans to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences and foster a sense of community
  • Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to a diverse range of interests and abilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, promoting a sense of comfort and security
