Position Overview:
The Development Major Gifts team plays a pivotal role in overseeing various fundraising avenues, including Programmes, Strategic Projects, Public Sector initiatives, and Legacy contributions, while ensuring exemplary stewardship of high-profile supporters and prospects.

Leadership Responsibilities:
In this role, you will spearhead the Major Gifts fundraising team, crafting and executing strategies for Programmes, Strategic Projects, Legacy, and Public Sector fundraising efforts. Your goal will be to secure principal gifts that align with ambitious income objectives, while actively engaging with a network of high-value supporters and prospects.

Qualifications:
You should possess extensive senior management experience, demonstrating a successful history of achieving ambitious income goals and personally securing significant funding. Your ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team will be crucial in ensuring fundraising success and maintaining the highest standards of relationship management and supporter stewardship.

Skills and Expertise:
Your proven experience in project and financial management will empower you to drive, monitor, and report on performance against established targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective negotiation with multiple stakeholders and fostering productive relationships across the organization.
