The Role

We are seeking an Apprentice Cook to join our team in one of our schools. As an Apprentice Cook, you will assist with the preparation and delivery of healthy, nutritious, and fun menus for students and staff. You will focus on delivering high-quality food and service, with flair and originality.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare menus using provided recipes
  • Ensure Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health and Safety compliance
  • Build relationships with clients and customers
  • Provide excellent customer service
About You

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. You will need:

  • Knowledge of cooking with fresh ingredients
  • Food Hygiene level 2 (further training available)
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Computer literacy and experience with different systems
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and a desire to learn and achieve
