Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a vibrant and inclusive primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to students with mild SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies and interventions.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring that students with SEN are fully integrated into the classroom environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN support.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students and staff.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
