We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Project Controller to join our team at Tokamak Energy. As a key member of our Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Office (P3MO), you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Portfolio and other project coordinators and programme/project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute project management administrative tasks, including preparing and managing portfolio management documents, scheduling stakeholder meetings, and supporting with meeting preparation and meeting minutes and actions.
- Support programme and project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks, foster cross-team collaboration across the portfolio, and train engineers and new PMs with regards to PM tools and processes.
- Support the PMO with finalising and developing back-end processes and ways of working, alignment of templates and standardisation across the portfolio.
Requirements:
- You have a passion for organisation and administrative management, are autonomous, organised, and able to hold people accountable.
- You are able to identify areas of opportunities to operate more efficiently and support with cross-programme best practices.
- You ensure the agreed project management methods, standards, and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
