Social Care Professional

Available PositionsWe have several exciting opportunities for individuals to join our team as Support Workers, Assistant Support Workers, Specialist Support Workers, and Tenancy Sustainment Officers. These roles involve working with our service users to develop support plans, manage caseloads, and provide essential support.
Shift PatternsWe operate on a two-week rolling rota, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. Our shift patterns include weekdays and weekends, with a range of early, late, and night shifts available.
CompensationWe offer competitive hourly rates, with £13.00 per hour for days and £13.50 per hour for nights.
RequirementsTo be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar service or setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Mandatory training in First Aid, Naloxone usage, and Needle and Syringe Program (NSP).
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently.
- Enhanced DBS check required (preferably registered on the update service).
