Position Overview

Marine Resources is seeking a skilled Composite Finishing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing your expertise in finishing and fairing techniques to transform products from their initial state to a polished, high-gloss finish.
  • Interpreting and executing lay-up drawings to ensure precision in your work.
  • Collaborating closely with Lead Operatives, Supervisors, and Production Managers to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures to uphold the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Working alongside the Quality Assurance team to verify that all manufactured components align with technical drawings and specifications, in compliance with ISO standards.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at £15, with overtime compensated at time and a half. Enjoy the benefit of early finishes on Fridays.
