Contract Type: 6 months initially, with potential for permanent

Day Rate: PAYE - Inside IR35

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of sourcing deals, providing sourcing and category execution support, and engaging with business stakeholders to understand demand and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with category leads to agree on sourcing approaches and execute processes
  • Provide category planning support, including renewals pipeline development and spend analysis
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth contract execution and handover

Requirements:

  • Experience in end-to-end sourcing process, preferably in Financial Services or a similarly regulated environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work at pace and control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach
