Job Title: Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of sourcing deals, providing sourcing and category execution support for specific categories of spend, and engaging with business stakeholders to understand demand and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agreeing the sourcing approach with the category lead and executing the process following processes and controls through to contract signature and handover to the supplier manager.
  • Providing structured planning and execution, ensuring key stakeholders and procurement colleagues are appraised of progress, plans, and blockers.
  • Working at pace with control at the front of mind, comfortable operating in complex matrixed environments, and self-starting with a proactive and quick-to-learn approach.
  • Collaborating with other Procurement and Bank teams, with good interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience of end-to-end sourcing process, ideally in Financial Services or a similarly regulated environment, for categories in scope of the role.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and controls, with the ability to work at pace and with control at the front of mind.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
