Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Engineer to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Proposal Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the engineering and manufacturing industry with their proposal development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects.
  • Liaise with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers to gather information and produce high-quality proposal documents.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team pre and post tender submission.
  • Work on projects with varying values, from £50K to £1m+, covering electrical and electronic systems design, test, and commissioning of integrated safety, control, and automation systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a role where you have gained experience of producing proposals/bids/tenders for engineering/technical projects.
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with engineering and commercial teams.
  • Experience working within an engineering/technical environment to review and interpret technical information/engineering drawings.
