Trinity Estates is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the North East of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular development inspections to ensure compliance with company responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed regularly.
- Manage customer relationships, responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and reporting to clients regularly.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
- Source, appoint, and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
- Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost-effective.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Industry legislation.
- At least 3 years' experience in the residential property management sector.
- AIRPM qualified (desirable).
- Understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations.
- Proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of budgeting and account management.
- Full UK driving license.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience of contract management.
- Client-focused, organized, self-motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, while having the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
