Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at PMR. As a key member of our Residential Block Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of developments, ensuring exceptional service to clients and residents, and overseeing onsite works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and Resident Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Site Inspections and Onsite Works: Conduct regular site inspections and oversee onsite works, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractor appointments and tender processes, ensuring the best value for our clients.
  • Service Charge Budgeting: Prepare and manage service charge budgets, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Section 20 Consultation: Lead Section 20 consultation processes, ensuring effective communication with clients and residents.
  • Meetings and Minutes: Attend and minute AGMs and Directors' meetings, ensuring accurate records and effective communication.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the wider Property Management team, sharing best practices and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in leasehold property management.
  • Qualifications: ATPI qualified.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of leasehold legislation, service charge budgeting, and compliance. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Travel: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
