- Facilitate seamless transitions and oversee shift handovers.
- Monitor health and administer medications safely and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote independence and encourage autonomy in daily activities.
- Act on feedback and prioritize resident health and well-being.
- Champion respect and dignity for every resident.
- Encourage engagement and facilitate social interactions and activities.
- Prioritize safety and maintain a secure environment.
- Support nutrition and hydration, monitoring residents at risk of weight changes or dehydration.
- Respond to emergencies and utilize reflective practices to continually improve our care.
- You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
- You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
