Job Title: IT Project Manager/Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring project success and meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects
  • Gather and analyze requirements to shape strategic initiatives
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
  • Manage daily project operations and resource assignments
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation
  • Oversee budgets and financial objectives through effective forecasting and variance analysis
  • Provide regular status updates, addressing risks and adapting to changes
  • Align IT initiatives with business goals and recommend solutions
  • Gather business requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys
  • Build strong relationships with IT and business leaders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adapt project work plans as needed
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Expertise in scoping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
  • Proficient with project management and analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe
  • A proactive 'can-do' attitude and full UK driving license
