We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Net-Temps. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building and construction practices and regulations
