Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in recruitment drives, hiring top talent, and developing high-performing teams to increase employee retention and reduce turnover.
- Assist the General Manager in training the junior management team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Be responsible for recruitment administration and inductions for new employees, utilizing our HR system.
- Assist the General Manager in creating team rotas, ensuring adherence to our wage percentage budget.
- Train and develop the team in line with our training procedures, ensuring guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
