As our client expands their operations in Europe, they are looking to fill this contract position with a knowledgeable support professional who is adept in sales and customer training.

Type: Contract
Location: Remote

Working hours: Business hours within EMEA region time zones

Utilization: 40 hours per week

Duration: 6 Months with potential for extension

The Sales Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the client's sales teams across the EMEA region. This position involves informing and guiding sales personnel to incorporate customer training services into their sales of various products and services. The local customer training leads will depend on the Sales Support Coordinator to understand and recommend the most suitable training options for customers, ensuring they maximize their use of the client's offerings.

Additionally, the Sales Support Coordinator may participate in customer meetings alongside sales and learning team members to provide necessary information and support.

The responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator include managing all customer training credit redemptions, balance transfers, and course registration activities stemming from the client's Learning Support initiatives. Utilizing appropriate scheduling and case management tools, they will effectively address customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with the redemption, transfer, and inquiry of Learning Training Credits.
  • Register learners for upcoming training sessions.
  • Submit cases to the Technical Support team for assistance with Learning account issues.
  • Engage in on-site awareness initiatives.
  • May be assigned to specific territories or called into accounts for special opportunities.
  • Stay informed about new products, technologies, services, and training offerings.
  • Utilize internal tools to efficiently resolve customer account challenges and provide timely updates.
  • Prior experience in Sales Support is essential, particularly in supporting sales teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Ability to rapidly learn about a large tech company's products and services across various markets.
  • A strong initiative and enthusiasm for assisting sales teams and encouraging customers to consider training options.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through are critical.
  • Experience in Project Management and Inside Sales is advantageous.
  • Background in Training Coordination is a plus.
  • Three professional references and a criminal background check are prerequisites.
