English Teacher Opportunity

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join a thriving school in North Shields. This position is ideal for an English Teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and delivering high-quality English education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons to secondary students.
  • Encourage students to develop their reading, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in English.
  • Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and language.
