About the Role

We are seeking a talented Demand Analyst to join our UK Demand Team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our Supply Chain Planning team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market and customer trends to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle, Demantra, Excel, and PowerPoint to provide insights into market and customer behavior.
  • Prepare regular market and customer outlook updates, including Customer Scorecards, to support sales strategy.
  • Support forecast validation and integrity processes to ensure accurate demand planning.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Analyst and Sales teams to develop consensus processes and strategy planning.
  • Maintain key attributes within electronic systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in Corporate Responsibility activities to contribute to the company's social and environmental goals.

Requirements

  • Working towards a degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Marketing, with a focus on finance and analysis.
  • Previous experience with data analysis is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online communication tools, with knowledge of Power BI a plus.
