About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at STADA. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our commercial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of commercial supply chain channel leads, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal team performance and professional development.
  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Partner with external partners to ensure reliable and agile supply of products.
  • Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning activities to optimize product availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with commercial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage supply chain risks effectively.
  • Monitor and deliver against supply chain KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years experience leading a Supply Chain team in FMCG and/or pharmaceutical.
  • Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience of Sales & Operations Planning or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
