About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our data centres. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, minimizing downtime, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for data centre operations, maintenance, and performance.
  • Establish and maintain business continuity plans, including disaster preparedness and response.
  • Ensure consistent customer, vendor, and staff experiences across all data centres.
  • Contribute to the development of global policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve optimal uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and implement annual financial outlooks (OPEX/CAPEX) and ensure optimal running costs.
  • Be on call for critical situations and problems within the data centres.
  • Contribute to global forums to empower field operations staff and drive effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of data centre/infrastructure operations management and maintenance.
  • Experience in growth and transformation of business.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to connect operational objectives to financial results.
  • Flexible and agile, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead the team through change.
