Key Responsibilities:
- As the Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts across the HVAC sector.
- Your primary focus will be on securing specifications with architects, M&E consultants, and consulting engineers, dedicating 80-90% of your time to this crucial task.
- You will track projects through to completion, collaborating closely with M&E contractors and building services consultants.
- Engage with a diverse range of sectors including educational institutions, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and commercial properties.
- Present informative CPD seminars to educate specifiers on the benefits and features of our client's energy-efficient HVAC products.
- Manage your schedule effectively, spending four days a week in the field and one day working remotely to handle administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in specification sales within the HVAC or building services market.
- Experience with related products such as air handling units, chillers, and pumps will be advantageous.
- You should be capable of conducting technical design reviews and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate projects from inception to completion are essential.
- We are looking for an outgoing, organized individual who excels in problem-solving and prioritization.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
