RECfinancial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team in Leicestershire. This part-time permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established family-run business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record all transactions accurately and maintain daily and weekly forecasts
  • Process purchase ledger invoices and daily bank management and reconciliations
  • Reconcile supplier statements and post bank accounts daily using Sage 200
  • Calculate sales agents' commissions and issue statements
  • Collect overdue invoices and maintain accurate records of chasing activity
Requirements:
  • Strong financial background and excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
