We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at TK Maxx Norwich (Castle Quarter). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current and upcoming product lines, promotions, and sales
- Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and participating in visual merchandising and display
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
About You
You will be an ambassador for our business, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and a natural warmth when interacting with customers. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
