About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Direct Sales Team at Aviva. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a phenomenal service to our customers through effective listening and questioning, which will enable you to weigh up information and make accurate policy recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fully advised quotations and give customers the information they need when they need it.
  • Work on inbound and outbound calls, as well as communications via our webchat service.
  • Use your skills and experience to empathize with customers and support them through potentially difficult periods.
  • Ask the right questions at the right time to get the customer the correct policy to meet their needs.
  • Meticulously and detail-orientated, you will ensure that all customer interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
What We Offer
  • Salary up to £27,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
