Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Assist with beverage preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience or experience in hospitality/retail.
  • Ability to work late nights and closing shifts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
