Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks Store in Elgin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring a smooth operation, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
