Sales and Marketing Manager for Fire and Smoke Control Products

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the fire and smoke control industry.
Key Responsibilities- Field sales role selling a large portfolio of fire and smoke control products to tier one main contractors, M&E consultants, and HVAC distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Work closely with the commercial director to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, including sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the HVAC or fire safety industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire and smoke control products and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and achieving business objectives.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
