Senior Estimator


We are pleased to present an opportunity for a skilled Senior Estimator to become part of a reputable main contractor.


About this Senior Estimator position:


This role offers the chance to engage with a dynamic contractor operating across diverse sectors such as commercial, healthcare, residential, and educational projects, with values reaching up to £10 million.

The projects are primarily competitively tendered, although some elements of two-stage tendering will be involved.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Estimator:
  • Independently manage tenders for projects valued up to £10 million.
  • Collaborate effectively with Surveying and Operational teams to create competitive tender submissions.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members.

Qualifications for this Senior Estimator role:
  • HNC or Degree qualified.
  • Ability to price from first principles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an estimating capacity.
  • Reside within the region and be willing to travel to the office or site as necessary.
