Job Summary:
CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our rapidly growing global Data Centre Solutions business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the leadership, management, and development of an established Data Centre portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for Profit & Loss, including development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction, and contract growth.
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the portfolio are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both our services and subcontractors activities.
- Promote and maintain the RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
- Provide a learning environment and appropriate training and development planning.
